Key Responsibilities

• Complete virtual intake assessments for individuals transitioning into care
• Document clinical interactions and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with guidelines
• Partner with treatment teams to evaluate client needs and support their recovery goals
• Develop and oversee individualized care plans based on client progress

• Active CSC-AD or CAC-AD license issued by the state of Maryland
• Strong written communication and note-taking abilities
