At Open Play Therapy, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care across San Diego and Imperial Counties. While we began by supporting infants and toddlers in their homes, our services have expanded to support individuals of all ages—both in-clinic and in the comfort of their homes. We specialize in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, ABA, and infant education for clients with developmental delays, muscle tone concerns, and genetic conditions.

We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about making a lasting impact through personalized, evidence-based care, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct behavioral assessments for clients of all ages.
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Train and supervise ABA staff using competency-based models.
  • Monitor progress by graphing, analyzing, and interpreting behavior data.
  • Write and submit progress reports and summaries in line with funding source requirements.
  • Document service delivery through detailed session notes.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to staff and families.
  • Maintain BCBA certification and complete CEU requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our behavioral health programs.

Required:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in California.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • A positive, professional, and collaborative approach.

Preferred:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).
  • Experience working across a range of age groups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
