Seeking Caregivers to join a growing senior living community in Ferndale, WA.

• Provide compassionate care, assist with ADLs, and promote resident independence according to individualized care plans.
• Respond promptly to resident needs, alarms, and changes in condition; maintain accurate care records.
• Conduct safety checks, communicate effectively with team, and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Support resident rights, address behavioral and psychosocial needs, and promote respectful, empathetic interactions.
• Complete all required state trainings; hold valid First Aid, CPR, and CNA certifications as needed.
• Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and adherence to safety and infection control policies.
