This full-time, onsite position focuses on completing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, aiding the IEP Team in making informed decisions regarding special education eligibility and placement.

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Psychologist license or Temporary/Full Approval as a School Psychologist by the Department of Education
• Strong background in multidisciplinary assessment
• Experience working with school-age children, particularly in special education settings
• Knowledge of curriculum and behavioral supports
• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education staff and other professionals

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess student needs and determine eligibility for special education services
• Collaborate with IEP Teams to provide insights and recommendations based on evaluation results
• Develop and implement assessment tools and strategies tailored to diverse student populations
