A-1 Pest Control is a trusted, family-owned company with deep roots in western North Carolina. For over 50 years, we’ve provided top-quality pest and termite services with integrity and care. We are looking for a hands-on Termite Control Manager to lead and grow our termite division in Lenoir.

Position Summary:
As our Termite Control Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of our termite services—from scheduling and inspections to treatments and team leadership. This is a field-based leadership role for someone who knows termite work inside and out and is ready to build a top-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train a small team of termite technicians
• Perform and oversee termite inspections and treatments (liquid/barrier and baiting systems)
• Schedule jobs, manage routing, and ensure timely service delivery
• Monitor inventory and equipment needs
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards
• Communicate with customers and resolve service issues professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of termite control experience, with leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Sentricon and other termite treatment systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
