About Job
The Clinician/Therapist is ultimately responsible for ensuring that all clinical services, individual therapy, family therapy, after care planning and discharge planning are being delivered in a timely, effective, and quality manner. As such, the Clinician/Therapist will ensure that the client record accurately reflects the services delivered, the level of care needed, correspond with licensing, accreditation, HIPAA, laws, and funding requirements. Should concerns arise regarding the services provided, documentation, or overall client care, Clinician/Therapist will recognize the implications of these concerns and express them to the Clinical Director and/or Executive Director to respond accordingly.
Minimum of a Master’s Degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a doctoral degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, in addition to a master’s degree Clinicians/Therapists can have a CAP or SAP
