Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring adherence to clinical policies, documentation standards, and client care guidelines
- Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and complete reports within required timelines using established templates and procedures
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to integrate services across environments (e.g., IEPs, ISPs, schools, therapy teams)
- Maintain clear communication with Program Manager on client needs, service delivery concerns, and professional development boundaries
- Ensure all documentation and oversight meets BACB, HIPAA, funder, and Center standards
- Attend scheduled meetings, provide timely communication, and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Board Certification (BCBA) required, with strong expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral assessment techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to train and supervise RBTs and collaborate with families and professionals
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable navigating online systems and documentation tools
- Proven ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement integrated intervention strategies
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, state/federal laws, and accreditation standards to ensure full compliance
