RVA Counseling is a private practice outpatient therapy office in Richmond. Our practice is hiring a highly qualified Supervisee of Social Work to provide counseling services to children (ages 5 & up), adults, families and couples. This full-time position requires experience providing evidence-based interventions with clients, completing clinical documentation in SOAP notes format and maintaining a highly professional demeanor at all times. Special consideration for Spanish-speaking applicants or those with in-demand specialized training and experience.

Supervisee Expectations

• Regular attendance in individual supervision (50%)
• Regular attendance in group supervision (50%)
• Participation in trainings (paid or as supervision hours)
• Blogging opportunities (paid)
• Open to work with clients ages 5 & up, including couples and families

Work Schedule

• 26 completed client sessions per week (104 completed sessions per month) is considered full-time
• Scheduling must include availability for 6 Prime shifts per month (prime shifts are considered to be sessions held 5pm or later on weekdays or anytime on a weekend shift).
