A full-time (40 hour per week) 8a-5p Social Worker needed to cover homecare.
Master’s degree in Social Work is REQUIRED. Candidate should be an independent, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.

Medical and/or Clinical experience preferred. Competitive pay with mileage reimbursement available.
Two years of medical social work experience required with home health/hospice and/or facility experience preferred. Clear understanding of the end-of-life care process also preferred.
