About MGA Behavior Therapy

MGA Behavior Therapy was founded to deliver high-quality, timely therapies for children in need. As part of MGA Homecare, we offer ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapies—all under one roof to ensure collaborative, patient-centered care.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an In-Clinic or In-Home BCBA to lead a team of BTs and RBTs, deliver evidence-based treatment, and ensure quality care for a caseload of 10–15 patients. This position has remote opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Manage treatment planning, supervision, and caregiver training.

Coach and mentor BTs/RBTs through performance management and ongoing training.

Develop individualized plans and behavior strategies; complete reauthorizations.

Ensure high standards of care through data collection, fidelity checks, and note review.

Uphold BACB standards and actively engage in MGA’s professional culture.

Additional Information

What You'll Bring

Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Current BCBA Certification with BACB

Minimum 2 years of experience with ASD population, and 1+ year in ABA

Supervisory Experience Preferred

Strong skills in early intervention, assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP), and reporting
