- Work with the owner, general manager and other canine care managers to oversee daily operations of the business
- Facilitate staff communication to provide a fun and safe vacation experience for dogs
- Direct the efforts of canine care staff / Assist in whatever is needed for the dogs
- Assist in training and staff development
- Deliver excellent client service
- Operate reservation management system to schedule / deliver guest services
- Make smart decisions regarding the care and safety of the dogs
- Utilize reservation management system to manage daily payments, deposits and process end of day financials / reporting
- Represent Top Dog Country Club with integrity and pride to ensure that Top Dog's reputation remains excellent in the community
- Direct canine care staff to live our promise and our core values.
- Treat the business as if it were your own and make smart decisions regarding Top Dog's reputation and profitability
