About Job

We are seeking a motivated, polished, and empathetic Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) with a strong background in sales and client relations to join our growing plastic surgery clinic. This role is key in guiding prospective and current patients through their aesthetic journey, from consultation to post-procedure care, while also meeting clinic sales goals. You will serve as both a trusted advisor and a sales professional, converting inquiries into booked procedures and maintaining a high standard of patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new and returning patients interested in surgical procedures.

  • Educate patients about treatment options, pricing, and pre-/post-operative care.

  • Follow up with leads and inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner.

  • Conduct virtual consultations with potential patients and build long-term relationships.

  • Collaborate with surgeons and nurses' staff to ensure seamless patient experience.

  • Present treatment plans and financing options to patients; assist in overcoming objections and closing sales.

  • Track and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM and EMR systems.

  • Manage patient scheduling and ensure high show and conversion rates.

  • Provide post-procedure follow-up and support to ensure patient satisfaction and retention.

  • Ability to potentially work remotely

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or patient care coordination role, preferably in a medical or aesthetic setting.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a high-end medical practice.

  • Proficiency with EMR systems and CRM software.

  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of cosmetic procedures, skincare, or medical aesthetics strongly preferred.

Equal Opportunity Employer:

Our practice is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and identities to apply for this position.
