About the Role:

Are you seeking a flexible schedule and meaningful work? CenClear's Family Based Mental Health (FBMH) program needs dedicated therapists to help families stay together, build resilience, and access essential supports. Our strength-based, in-home approach focuses on preserving family unity and preventing out-of-home placements.

As a therapist, you'll provide case management, crisis intervention, and clinical therapy for individuals aged 4 to 21, working closely with a treatment team. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to truly make a difference.

Service Areas:
Clearfield County, Elk County

What You'll Do:

  • Provide direct clinical therapy, case management, and crisis intervention
  • Maintain documentation and administrative records
  • Participate in personal and professional development
  • Be available for on-call needs
  • Work 40 hours per week, year-round

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in human service or related field including psychology, counseling or social work: Must have at least 1-year Child and Adolescent Social Service Program (CASSP) experience -or-
  • Master's degree in human services or related field including psychology, counseling or social work: Must have at least 2-YearsChild and Adolescent Social Service Program (CASSP) experience
  • Training in family therapy and specifically Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) is a plus
  • Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
