Your Role as a Behavior Analyst

Behavior Assessment & Intervention: Continuously evaluate students' behavioral strengths and needs, conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and develop individualized behavior plans that align with school protocols.
Behavior Plan Development & Oversight: Create and revise Positive Behavior Support Plans, establish behavior goals for IEPs, and implement data-driven interventions tailored to student needs.
Data Collection & Analysis: Develop tracking systems for staff, analyze behavior data, and use insights to refine intervention strategies and measure progress.
Staff Supervision & Collaboration: Provide clinical supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates, guide Behavior Consultants, and work with school teams to ensure effective behavior support implementation.
Safety, Compliance & Family Engagement: Utilize crisis intervention techniques, adhere to safety and confidentiality standards, and collaborate with families to address concerns and support student success.

Required Qualifications:

Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)"
Master's degree in psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or other related fields of study."

Preferred (Nice to Have) Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a school setting, ideally as a BCBA.
