Your Role as a Behavior Analyst
  • Behavior Assessment & Intervention: Continuously evaluate students' behavioral strengths and needs, conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and develop individualized behavior plans that align with school protocols.
  • Behavior Plan Development & Oversight: Create and revise Positive Behavior Support Plans, establish behavior goals for IEPs, and implement data-driven interventions tailored to student needs.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Develop tracking systems for staff, analyze behavior data, and use insights to refine intervention strategies and measure progress.
  • Staff Supervision & Collaboration: Provide clinical supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates, guide Behavior Consultants, and work with school teams to ensure effective behavior support implementation.
  • Safety, Compliance & Family Engagement: Utilize crisis intervention techniques, adhere to safety and confidentiality standards, and collaborate with families to address concerns and support student success.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)"
  • Master's degree in psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or other related fields of study."
Preferred (Nice to Have) Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a school setting, ideally as a BCBA.
