Job Summary
Develops and manages a recruitment territory plan to work as a team to achieve enrollment goals for Cleveland State University (CSU). Develops and coordinates advance preparation and follow-up for recruiting sessions and following each recruitment trip. Represents and promotes CSU to prospective students and families from first recruitment contact to enrollment. Accurately portrays and promotes CSU at college fairs, community colleges, and community events. Maintains records and prepares and hoc and periodic reports. Works a flexible schedule including travel off-campus, evening, and weekends. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in higher education, business, communications, or related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in high school or higher education admissions recruitment or counseling, college student activities, territory and prospect management, marketing, sales, or public relations.
- Experience with public speaking.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to establish and maintain driver eligibility under CSU’s Motor Vehicle Policy.
