The Role

We are currently seeking a Psychological Testing Psychologist to join our growing assessment team. This role focuses on conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations with an emphasis on autism and ADHD assessments across the lifespan. If you're a detail-oriented clinician who thrives on uncovering diagnostic clarity through thoughtful testing, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments for ADHD, autism, mood disorders, learning difficulties, and other presenting concerns
  • Administer and interpret standardized testing tools and behavioral assessments
  • Complete timely, comprehensive, and neurodiversity-affirming written reports
  • Offer clear, compassionate feedback to clients and families
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of therapists and support staff

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensed Psychologist in the State of Ohio (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
  • Must be a licensed doctoral-level psychologist in Ohio or an approved PSYPACT provider.
  • Experience in completing autism and ADHD evaluations is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with tools such as ADOS-2, WISC-V, WAIS-IV, BASC-3, Conners, and others
  • Experience or identity as a neurodivergent clinician is highly welcomed and valued
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills
  • Alignment with our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • BIPOC and/or multilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
