We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA therapy to pediatric clients. You’ll work with children with autism and related developmental disorders in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of therapists. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in children’s lives while growing your clinical leadership skills.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Current Texas license as LBA and certified by the BACB as a BCBA
  • 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients as needed
  • Develop individualized treatment plans sensitive to cognitive, social, and sensory needs
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team
