We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA therapy to pediatric clients. You’ll work with children with autism and related developmental disorders in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of therapists. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Current Texas license as LBA and certified by the BACB as a BCBA
- 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
- Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients as needed
- Develop individualized treatment plans sensitive to cognitive, social, and sensory needs
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team
