Job Overview:
Unity Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Lead Registered Behavior Technician(RBT). We are a small team of BCBA’s striving to provide high quality care to our clients while pursuing a balanced life and working to avoid burnout.
This position is a good fit for you if you are working towards your BCBA or BCaBA certification and are accruing supervision hours. In this position you will provide direct services and also receive training and experience to prepare you for your career as a BCBA/BCaBA. This role involves 1:1 therapy with children in their home, supervising and training other RBTs, getting trained on BCBA duties(writing behavior plans, performing assessments, opportunities to practice parent training, etc). Requirements:
Enrollment in or completion of a Degree Seeking Academic Program to become a BCBA or BCaBA
Active RBT Certification
Oregon RBAI License
RBT Certification
Bachelors Degree
Reliable Transportation and Auto Insurance if applicable
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to move/lift 50 pounds and move easily from sitting to standing within session.
