Requirements: To join Talkspace, all therapists and counselors must have the following:

• Independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance
• Individual NPI and CAQH numbers
• Current residence in the USA

Compensation: You will be reimbursed $70 for each 60-minute live session, with rates for shorter sessions being prorated based on client needs and state of residence. We also offer bonuses tied to new client engagement.

How Talkspace Operates: Talkspace is an online platform that connects clients with mental health therapists/counselors licensed in their respective states through a user-friendly and HIPAA-compliant app. Enjoy the flexibility of conducting live sessions or exchanging messages with clients from just about anywhere, at any time!

Note: Currently, due to high demand, providers may be placed on a waitlist if their clinical license is limited to the states of TX, FL, NC, and MI.
