Position Overview:

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Therapists. No prior certification is required—we provide comprehensive training and support for you to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!

As a key member of our therapeutic team, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement customized behavior intervention plans. This role is essential in providing high-quality, direct ABA therapy to our clients, facilitating their social, communication, and adaptive skill development.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Implement Individualized Treatment Plans:
  • Work under the guidance of experienced BCBAs to deliver personalized ABA therapy.
  • Provide Direct One-on-One Therapy:
  • Engage with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to promote their development.
  • Promote Skill Development:
  • Facilitate activities designed to enhance social, communicative, and life skills.
  • Data Collection:
  • Collect accurate data to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments.
  • Family Collaboration:
  • Build meaningful relationships with families, offering insights and strategies to support their child's development.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with BCBAs and other team members to create and maintain a positive therapeutic environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Passion for Helping Others:
  • Genuine interest in working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage children in therapeutic activities creatively.
  • Professional Development:
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and willingness to pursue RBT certification.
  • Experience:
  • Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disorders is a plus but not required.
