Little Champs ABA is dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in underserved areas of Utah. We are a locally owned, BCBA-operated organization that values the essential work our Behavior Technicians (BTs) do every day. Qualifications (Behavior Technician – BT)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience working as a Behavior Technician (BT) or in a similar role (preferred)

  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance

  • Ability to engage with children in a positive, playful, and professional manner

  • Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Willingness to complete training and obtain certification (training provided)

Job Responsibilities (Behavior Technician – BT)

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home, school, or community setting under BCBA supervision as a Behavior Technician (BT)

  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans

  • Teach and support development of communication, life skills, social-emotional learning, and play

  • Accurately collect data and write clear, detailed session notes

  • Maintain reliable attendance and timely communication with the clinical team

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development as a Behavior Technician (BT)
