Job Title: Clinical Supervisor – Family-Based Therapy Program (Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC)

Our client a leading child and family services organisation is seeking an experienced and licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of therapists providing family-based therapy for youth

Type: Full time perm

Location: Dobbs Ferry, NY with possibly one day at Harlem office

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of therapists (no individual caseload)
Provide field supervision, training, and coaching, especially to new clinicians
Oversee treatment plans, family engagement strategies, and crisis interventions
Support implementation of CBT, DBT, and family therapy approaches
Conduct occasional home visits with the Clinicians and evening family conferences for supervision
Collaborate with a Program Director on administrative and clinical oversight
Contribute to evidence-based MST practices and skills translation for families
Primarily based in Dobbs Ferry, with 1–2 days/week in Harlem (Manhattan)
Travel across NYC boroughs for home visits and field supervision (agency vehicles may be available)

Requirements:
Must be licensed in NY as an LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC
Minimum 4 years clinical experience with children/youth and families
At least 1 year of supervisory experience OR 3 years using the MST model
Strong knowledge of CBT, DBT, family systems, and trauma-informed care
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $92,000.00 - $93,500.00 per year
