How you will make an impact:

As a Lead Care Manager at Tapestry Senior Living, this role serves as the shift lead, taking on additional responsibilities beyond regular caregiving duties. It includes mentoring and training fellow team members, handling some supervisory tasks, and ensuring quality personal care and health-related services are provided to residents. The position supports residents with daily activities based on their care plans and instructions from the Resident Services Director or Executive Director.

Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 3:00 pm-11:00 pm shift with holidays and weekends as needed.

What you will need:

  • Past experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide or Resident Assistant required.
  • High school education (Preferred).
  • HHA Certificate (Preferred).
  • Assisted living experience (Preferred).
  • Computer skills.
