MindWell Urgent Care is hiring Mental Health Therapist who is committed to support our mission to provide affordable mental health services.

This position requires self-motivated, ambitious Therapist who are seeking the flexibility and autonomy of private practice and can work in an active environment. Ability to collaborate on a motivated team, excellent work ethic, and strong clinical skills are a must.

We are seeking immediate and ongoing hires in Texas.

This is a Hybrid Role

General Summary

MindWell Urgent Care focuses on medication management, therapy, healthy recovery initiatives and sustained positive mental health.

Duties

• 1:1 psychotherapy, with option for couples, groups, and family therapy
• Available for part time work with option for full time
• No required work on weekends
• Create comprehensive therapeutic assessments and treatment planning with proper documentation
• Fully Remote
• Strong assessment skills, including mental status exam and use of screening tools (PHQ9, GAD 7)
• Strong communication, patient/customer care, and leadership abilities
• Ability to organize and time-manage
• Team-player

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
