Job Description:
As a BCBA, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and oversee implementation to ensure effective outcomes. Your role includes analyzing data, monitoring progress, and providing ongoing training and supervision to Behavior Technicians/Lead Therapists. Maintaining continuity of care is essential, requiring attendance at all relevant meetings and appointments. You'll collaborate closely with families and external providers, maintaining open communication to optimize client outcomes.
Location: Based in Warwick, RI; services provided statewide in school and home settings
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

What You'll Do:
In this dynamic role, you'll drive program development, ensure compliance, and lead a team dedicated to helping individuals achieve their full potential.
- Engage in work aligned with agency mission of helping individuals with disabilities achieve their potential
- Comply with agency policies and procedures along with state regulations and laws
- Communicate effectively with parents and professionals
- Be reliable and timely for scheduled work, meetings, trainings, and supervision
- Maintain professionalism and professional relationships/boundaries with families
- Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information
- Maintain credentials and continuing education requirements
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Obtain authorizations through client's insurance and follow plan dates
- Train staff and families on the implementation of treatment plans
- Analyze data, monitor, evaluate, and revise treatment plans
- Supervise and provide necessary training to lead therapists and behavior technicians including child specific
- Attend meetings to promote the continuity of care with providers
- Complete required paperwork including clinical notes and progress reports by deadlines
- Conduct intakes for new clients
- Provide direct service as appropriate
Requirements:
- Nationally certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA or BBA-
- D
- Licensed as an Applied Behavior Analyst in Rhode Island (LBA)
- A minimum of two years of experience in providing ABA services
- Obtain valid driver's license and insured/registered vehicle
