A well-established New York City-based non-profit outpatient behavioral health clinic is seeking a full-time Bilingual Spanish Intake Clinician.

Join our dynamic team as a Mental Health/Intake Clinician, providing psychotherapy and counseling services in alignment with OMH regulations. This hybrid Clinician position offers the flexibility of three days on-site at the clinic and two days of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 10-12 intake assessments for adults and children weekly.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to a caseload of 15-20 patients.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to support care.
• Maintain compliance with documentation standards using EHR systems.

Qualifications:

• NYS License (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist).
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Saturday availability required.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and families.
• Strong organizational, communication, and EHR skills.

Salary Range: LMSW, LMHC, LMFT: $75,000 -$80,000/year DOE;

LCSW: $80,000 -$85,000/year DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
