Position Summary:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will be responsible for providing clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups experiencing a wide range of mental health and behavioral health challenges. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and independent practitioner with strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to ethical and professional standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities.
• Diagnose mental health disorders according to the DSM-5.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal requirements of the social work profession.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the State of New York.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of mental health disorders.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
