Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated therapist to join our team at Anxiety Experts, where we offer individual, family and group therapy for clients with severe anxiety disorders and eating disorders. All training is provided. At Anxiety Experts we offer the number one evidence-based treatment for anxiety-based disorders called Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) in our outpatient and intensive outpatient programs.

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic didactics and assignments after receiving thorough training in Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Based Treatment (FBT)
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions and family therapy (must be passionate about meeting with whole families)
- Work with all ages and collaborate closely with team members, including physicians and dietitians to provide optimal patient care

Skills
- Proficient in patient assessment and treatment planning
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions (30-40%)
- Skilled in individual and group counseling practices
- Strong behavior management skills, especially with pediatric patients (ABA training a big plus!)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
