What We Offer:
● Competitive compensation 55.00-100.00 per therapy hour (negotiable based on a variety of factors) 63,000-110,000 once caseload is full

● Empower Clients: Provide exceptional trauma therapy services to individuals, helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
· Provide counseling services to children and/or adults, focusing on mental health and developmental challenges.
· Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in acute situations.
· Maintain accurate therapeutic records and documentation of client progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
· Engage in research activities to stay informed about best practices in service of clients.
Advocate for clients' needs within the community and connect them with appropriate resources.
Required Qualifications:
● Licensed Therapist: Hold a valid LPC or LCSW license in Texas
Preferred Qualifications: training in EMDR, Brain spotting, ART or another trauma-focused therapy strongly preferred (ex. DBT, Somatic Therapy etc., Sensori-psychomotor,
● Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
● Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centred care.
● Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
● Independence: High level of independence, critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability
● Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite, and, Jane software or willingness to learn
● Two Days per week in Office: Afternoon/Evening. Flexible schedule the rest of the time. In office or virtual.
● High level of Independence: Strong clinical judgement, strong crisis response skills, high adherence to ethical standards
