Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Community Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders to promote our organization's mission and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify key community partners and stakeholders
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with the community
- Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, email campaigns, and website
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns
- Utilize marketing automation tools for efficient communication
- Monitor and analyze data using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts

Qualifications:
- Prior experience marketing for medical provider preferably skilled home health

-Tech saavy
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms

- Understanding of content marketing strategies
- Experience with social media marketing techniques

Must be willing to travel to potential referral sources in the agency's service area which includes City of Winchester and Virginia Counties of Clarke, Frederick, Shenandoah and Warren. Hours are Monday through Friday with infrequent community events on a weekend (every 3-6 months). Must have reliable transportation. Position includes travel reimbursement stipend biweekly and a bonus structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
