The Community Liaison will interact with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to ensure continuous delivery of care across the service area. Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of hospice professionals. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and payers
Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization
Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for new or improved services
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of healthcare marketing and Suncrest Hospice markets
Leverage extensive healthcare sales experience, especially in home care or hospice
Market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships
Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
Work independently and build lasting referral relationships
Willingness to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
