We are seeking an experienced Hospice Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in healthcare sales and account management. Established book of business in hospice or other healthcare sales, in the Baton Rouge territory and surrounding areas, minimum of two years experience required.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted livings, and physician clinics.
- Conduct informational visits with patients and families to explain the advantages of hospice and obtain consents for admission.
-Make sales calls throughout the given territory to generate new referrals.
- Maintain call logs and weekly activity reports
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly admission goals
