We are looking for a passionate BCBA to join our team. Whether you are looking to supplement your current caseload or build one from scratch, we can work with you.
Duties:
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments
- Conduct common assessments of functioning skills (VB-MAPP,
- Develop individualized behavior and skill acquisition plans tailored to the learner’s need.
- Monitor the on-going implementation of service delivery.
- Update BRP and acquisition targets as needed.
- Provide on-going supervision to RBTs.
- Provide caregiver training to family members and other caregivers.
- Able to use data collection software (training provided)
- Conduct reassessments and submit treatment plans in a timely manner.
- Submit all documentation in a timely manner (session notes, supervision logs, etc.)
- Always maintain a professional and ethical conduct when representing Florida Kids.
- Collaborate with team members (RBTs, Clinical Director, Administration Staff) and other professionals involved in your cases (Teachers, ESE Specialists, SLPs, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Remain in compliance with required HR documentation.
Requirements:
- Must be currently certified as a BCBA with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. Individuals who have recently completed their Master's Degree and are waiting to take the BACB exam will be considered on an individual basis.
- Remain compliant with BACB requirements (i.e. CEUs)
- Must be a Medicaid provider or become one.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
