Your Role at Little Legends

As a BCBA on our team, you'll work remotely with occasional in-home sessions, helping kids and families thrive through:

• Comprehensive assessments and progress evaluations
• Crafting individualized, results-driven treatment plans
• Training and mentoring Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
• Supporting families with real-life strategies and ABA tools
• Conducting functional assessments and making data-informed changes

What We’re Looking For

• Certified BCBA + Active North Carolina LBA
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• Passionate about working hands-on with families
• Reliable transportation for occasional in-home visits
• Safety-Care Certified (or open to getting certified)
