***This is an onsite PER DIEM travel contract with possibilities of extension.***

Requirements:

LCSW License for MA state, BLS certified by AHA and Co-vid Vaccination Card.

2+ years experience as a Travel Licensed Clinic Social Worker in the Dialysis settings required.

Note: 24-30 hours per week Only
