Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and caring licensed clinical social worker to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders and assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors. Responsibilities

• Identify psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns and provide diagnoses
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Refer clients to other providers when appropriate
• Maintain documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Qualifications

• LCSW
• Currently licensed in New York State
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
