Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role is essential in providing high-quality behavioral health services and support to enhance the lives of those we serve.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, ensuring fidelity to the prescribed methodologies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Analyze data collected during sessions to evaluate progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Advocate for clients' needs within various settings, ensuring access to appropriate resources and services.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and contribute to ongoing professional development.
Experience
- A valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices related to patient care is essential.
- Familiarity with behavioral health practices and interventions is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
- A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional standards in all aspects of service delivery.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
