Job Responsibilities

• Administer assessments and write clear and relevant goals for client development.
• Supervise, motivate, and train staff.
• Provide consultation to parents, guardians, IEP team, and behavior technicians.
• Respond to communications regarding client or company related issues.
• Client progress reports with recommendations for future goals.
• Hybrid-virtual

Job Qualifications:

• BCBA-LMFT 2-3 years previous experience as an ABA Case Manager or Supervisor-preferred
• 1 year ABA experience - required
• Bilingual (desirable) - Spanish
