Licensed Therapist/Program Director

Family Service Agency of Burbank (est. 1953) is a community-focused non-profit organization comprised of a team of talented multi-disciplinary mental health professionals providing clinical care, advocacy, intervention, and prevention services in Burbank and in our neighboring communities. We are currently seeking a F/T Licensed Therapist/Program Director to join our leadership team.

DEFINITION: As a F/T CPD, you will have the opportunity to serve clients directly and indirectly, as a member of our leadership team, across all of FSA’s agency-based and community outreach programs.

Your weekly schedule will most often be predictable; however, it is not guaranteed. As a vital member of FSA’s dynamic team, you will also be involved in awareness, fundraising, and outreach events that support the agency's critical mission in Burbank. You will enthusiastically collaborate with all leadership team members in service to our community.
