Compensation & Benefits:

Your Role as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Discovery ABA:

As an RBT, you will implement ABA therapy programs developed by a BCBA, providing one-on-one therapy to children with autism in home and community settings. You'll help clients develop essential social, emotional, and life skills while collaborating closely with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure consistent treatment implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy programs focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform treatment plans.
  • Work with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent therapy implementation.
  • Participate in supervision and ongoing training provided by BCBAs.
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients during therapy sessions.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 40-hour RBT training course certificate is required.
  • RBT certification is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
