Busy home care agency in the heart of Brooklyn who is looking for a Russian or Spanish speaking coordinator for our primary office.

--Must have computer skills. (Microsoft Office) (HHAExchange)
--Must be able to work some weekends or On-Call as needed.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Monitors HHA Exchange for missed visits; verification and conflicts.
- Places all notes in HHAexchange and be appropriate and pertinent
- Customer service calls to clients/call maintenance
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Scanning, copying, office duties
- After hours on call mandatory
- Help clients with their staffing needs
- Communicate with insurance companies as needed
- Advocate for clients needs and well being
Qualifications:
One or two years experience in a health care setting. Bilingual, Must speak Russian or Spanish (Only apply if you can speak Russian, Spanish and English) Home Care Experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
