About Job
- Deliver individual, couples, or family therapy via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and formulate treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based interventions for a wide range of mental health issues (e.g., trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, stress).
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR system.
- Participate in optional team meetings, peer consultations, and clinical training.
- Comply with ethical and legal standards as per California’s Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in California
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- 1+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (newly licensed clinicians are also welcome).
- Reliable internet, HIPAA-compliant home office, and basic telehealth setup.
- Strong organizational, communication, and self-management skills.
- Comfortable using EHR systems (e.g., SimplePractice, TherapyNotes).
