• Performs and can demonstrate all essential Customer Service job functions.
• Receives and responds to incoming faxes and calls from referral sources and exchanges information to identify the organization’s ability to meet the needs of the patient, based on a detailed exclusionary policy.
• Advises appropriate staff of patient acceptance and provides all relevant information to ensure patients’ smooth transition to the facilty.
• Verifies benefits with payer sources and obtains initial authorizations.
• Completes Referral Log per shift.
• Screen all admission packets and ensure PEC and/or CEC is complete.
• Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Works effectively with other company employees, managers, and departments.
• Performs all job functions with Company Mission, Vision, and Goal Statements in mind.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
