Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children, particularly those on the autism spectrum. This role involves conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct patient care to improve behavioral health outcomes.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Provide direct patient care, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic environment for children and their families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient assessment and care strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
- Educate families and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions to support ongoing development.
- Stay current with advancements in behavioral health practices and medical terminology relevant to the field.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disorders.
- Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and patient assessment methodologies.
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and strategies.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical documentation practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $87,872.00 - $92,207.00 per year
