BOARD-CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST - FULL TIME - 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR
Celebrate the Children, a state-approved private school for students with alternative learning styles, is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025-2026 school year.
This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA who is curious, collaborative and eager to expand their practice. Our school utilizes the DIR/Floortime model, which emphasizes development, individual differences, and meaningful relationships. We are looking for a BCBA who is interested in aligning behavioral support with a developmental, student-centered philosophy.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR BOARD-CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST:
- Develop and monitor individualized behavior plans that support regulation, engagement, and developmental progress.
- Collaborate with educators and therapists to ensure behavioral strategies align with students' sensory, emotional, and communication profiles.
- Provide coaching to staff on responsive, developmentally appropriate ways to support behavior within a relationship-based learning environment.
- Observe students and offer consultation while creating a space that values trust-building, co-regulation, and intrinsic motivation.
- Contribute to a safe, affirming, and neurodiversity affirming school community.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR BOARD-CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST:
- Current BCBA certification is required.
- Experience working with neurodivergent students or students with developmental differences is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the DIR/Floortime model is a huge plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working within interdisciplinary teams.
