Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time Hybrid

We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our team in a flexible hybrid role, combining remote and in-person responsibilities. This position allows for a balance of autonomy and direct impact through client care.

As a BCBA with Treetop ABA, you will design and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise and train Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver best-in-class services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized ABA treatment plans

• Conduct assessments and analyze data to measure client progress

• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians

• Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistent care

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

• Stay informed on the latest ABA research and best practices

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

• Active BCBA certification

• Active OK LBA certification

• Experience designing and managing ABA programs

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach

• Experience with diverse populations is a plus
