- This is a full-time position with a pay range of $21-$27 per hour (depending on experience). Behavior Technicianswork under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing high quality clinic-basedABA programs for children with autism. This position includes extensive training, ongoing professional development,competitive pay, full benefits and raises every six months! AZA United also provides a fantastic career path for staff who are on the BCBA path! Qualifications include: Applicants must be available M-F between 8:00-6:00 p.m. (shifts are 8 hours per day) Must have at least 6 months of paid work experience work working with individuals with Special Needs Applicants must be at least 21 years old. Must be able to pass required background checks or other required tests or screenings.
