Client Care Coordinator ✨ (a.k.a. Captain of First Impressions!)
Description: Are you the kind of person who lights up a room (or a phone call)? Do you love helping people, solving problems, and making someone's day better? We’re looking for an energetic, bubbly, and organized Client Care Coordinator to be the smiling voice and text behind our award-winning carpet cleaning company.
This is a part-time position to start, but for the right rockstar, it could quickly grow into a full-time role. We're growing fast and want someone ready to grow with us!
Full disclosure—while we’re growing, we’re still technically a startup. Some days might feel a little chaotic, kind of like the wild west. Things move fast, priorities shift, and we need someone who can roll with the punches and keep a smile on their face.
Important note: This role has a sales element. You won’t just be answering the phone—you’ll also be expected to convert quotes into booked jobs. For that reason, we offer a commission bonus on every job you close. If you love the thrill of turning conversations into happy clients, you’ll love this part of the role.
What you'll do:
- Answer phones and texts like a pro (and with a smile in your voice)
- Provide quotes and help clients choose the right package
- Book jobs and make the process easy and stress-free
- Handle client objections with grace, empathy, and confidence
- Be the first impression of our brand and set the tone for an amazing experience
- Close the sale and earn commission bonuses on booked jobs
What we're looking for:
- Some admin or customer service experience (helpful but not required if you have the spark!)
- A can-do, positive, learn-from-mistakes attitude (we believe in progress, not perfection)
- Someone who isn’t afraid to jump in the deep end, adapt on the fly, and stay cool when things get a little crazy
- Comfortable talking about our quote packages and closing sales (with heart, not pushiness)
