What You’ll Be Doing as a Charity Fundraising Assistant:

• Engaging with the community at exciting indoor and outdoor events, raising awareness and generating revenue for the amazing non-profits we support.
• Customizing compelling sales presentations to connect with donors and demonstrate how their contribution will truly make an impact.
• Keeping track of donor information, interests, and communication to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Closing the deal and securing donations by guiding donors to formally commit to their contribution.
• Adapting your approach to fundraising based on donor reactions and market conditions, ensuring maximum success.
• Collaborating closely with your team to ensure our fundraising campaigns and strategies are working in perfect alignment!

What We’re Looking For in a Charity Fundraising Assistant:

• Experience in customer support or as a client service representative (bonus if you’ve worked in philanthropy or charity!).
• A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in the world.
• Strong communication and presentation skills that allow you to connect with people from all walks of life.
• The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time effectively.
• A friendly, adaptable attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Pay: $12 per hour base rate OR 50% commission on funds generated
• Hours: Monday to Saturday, 30-40 hours per week
• Location: Based out of our office and a designated event location
• Role: Face-to-face interaction with prospective donors
• Clients: We collaborate with incredible non-profits to help raise awareness and funding for their meaningful causes!
