Qualifications
Required
- Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of professional experience implementing ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
- Active BCBA credential in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Proficiency with ABA assessments and data systems
- Ability to transition rapidly between sitting and standing positions, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Select and administer standardized assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Analysis) in accordance with funding requirements
- Develop and document Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans, Individual Treatment Plans, and discharge summaries
- Employ Behavioral Skills Training to coach and supervise behavior technicians, monitoring progress and adjusting programs via visual data analysis
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and caregivers to individualize programming and support generalization of skills
- Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation and uphold BACB Ethical Code and HIPAA standards
